摘要:: 随着我国经济地位的不断提高，我国的创意产业取得了较大的发展，由于创意产业是以人为本的典型的现代经济的发展模式。因此作为创意产业的中心灵魂，艺术设计人才的培养逐渐引起人们的关注。置身于国家文化大发展大繁荣的时代，高等艺术设计人才培养模式改革势在必行。结合集美大学美术学院近年来人才培养模式改革的一些探索，试图探讨艺术院校中人才的培养应注意的几个问题。
