摘要:
如果想要了解儿童的内心世界，给儿童营造一个适宜的环境，就要学会观察并给予他们适当的帮助。观察有利于保护儿童尊严、减少错误判断和卸下心理包袱。教育者要善于从儿童心理的角度、利用人与动物的异同性、使用法布尔观察昆虫的方法进行观察。而且，观察时要注意有选择性和侧重点，用与儿童相适宜的速度、像儿童那样带着感情进行观察。
Abstract:
If we are desirous to understand the inner world of children,to create a suitable environment for children,we must learn to observe and give them appropriate help.Observation helps to protect children’s dignity,reduce misjudgments and remove psychological burden.Educators should be good at observing from a children’s psychological point of view,using the similarities and differences between humans and animals,using Fabre’s method of looking at insects.Moreover,the observation should pay attention to the selectivity and focus.It is also necessary for us to observe things like children who wiew everything with emotion at the appropriate speed to children.
