摘要:
网络道德责任感的培育是新时代青少年提升网络道德素养和履行网络道德责任的内在要求。培育新时代青少年网络道德责任感应着力从“知、情、意、行”四个维度加以把握:以“知”之维强基固本,以“情”之维凝心聚力,以“意”之维锤炼品质,以“行”之维务实践履,构建“知情意行”四个维度相互促进、相辅相成的实施机制,从而在新时代青少年网络道德责任感培育的理论基础、动力源泉、心理保障、关键要素等方面取得成效,使新时代青少年真正担负起网络强国的时代使命。
Abstract:
The cultivation of a sense of network moral responsibility is an inherent requirement for young people in the new era to improve their network moral literacy and fulfill their network moral responsibility.Cultivating young people’s network moral responsibility in the new era focuses on grasping it from the four dimensions of “cognition,emotion,volition and action”:the dimension of “cognition” to strengthen the foundation,the dimension of “emotion” to concentrate efforts,the dimension of “volition” to temper quality,and the dimension of “action” to practice performance.It needs to establish a mutually reinforcing and complementary implementation mechanism for the four dimensions of “cognition,emotion,volition and action”,so as to make achievements in theoretical foundation,power source,psychological protection,and key elements of the cultivation of young peoples network moral responsibility in the new era.It enables young people to truly shoulder the mission of the Internet power.
