摘要:
体育教师认知不仅是理解其教学决策与实践行为的关键视角,也是促进体育教师职业成长的重要基础。研究采用文献分析与对比分析法,系统探讨体育教师认知的内涵特征、理论视角与价值意蕴。体育教师认知是指教师在体育教学与学习、教师身份及学生身份等相关议题上的个人认知体系。其主要理论视角包括认知理论、互动理论、话语心理学理论、社会文化理论及复杂系统理论,为理解体育教师认知特征提供多元分析框架,为体育教师认知领域的理论构建与实践探索提供参考。深入研究体育教师认知对于推动教师专业发展、理解课堂动态、优化教学设计与课堂决策以及促进教师自我反思与教学优化具有重要意义,同时有助于优化体育教育质量、提升教师专业素养,为教育强国和体育强国建设提供理论支撑。
Abstract:
Physical education (PE) teacher cognition is essential in understanding PE teachers’ instructional decision-making and practical behaviours and is a fundamental basis for promoting their professional development.By comparing and analysing relevant literature,this study systematically explores the conceptual features,theoretical perspectives,and value implications of PE teacher cognition.PE teacher cognition refers to the individual cognitive system that teachers hold concerning issues such as teaching and learning in physical education,teacher identity,and student identity.The main theoretical perspectives encompass cognitive theory,interaction theory,discursive psychology theory,sociocultural theory,and complex systems theory.These perspectives offer diversified analytical frameworks for understanding PE teacher cognition and serve as theoretical references for both academic inquiry and practical exploration in the field.In-depth research on PE teacher cognition is essential for advancing teacher professional development,understanding classroom dynamics,optimising instructional design and decision-making,and enhancing teacher reflection and pedagogical improvement.This study contributes to improving the quality of physical education,enhancing teacher professionalism,and providing theoretical support for building a strong educational nation and a leading sports nation.
