摘要:
为贯彻落实中央关于加强学校体育的决策部署，高校体育文化之体育制度文化与体育物质文化得到一定的重视和发展，体育精神文化却是颇显不足。高校学生、体育教师和学校领导作为与学校体育息息相关的三类群体，其体育意识和行为皆表现出高校体育精神文化的缺失；立足中西方体育文化的影响、体育教师的综合素质和学校工作的总体要求三个方面探索高校体育精神文化缺失的原因，并提出弥补性建议：体育活动主题化、构建传统体育文化、学校领导的重视、师资培养新要求。
Abstract:
To implement central decisions on strengthening school sports, sports material and sports system have been valued and developed, but the sports spirit is still inadequate. College students, teachers and school leaders are closely related to school sports, their sports consciousness and behavior show a lack of college sports spirit. Based on the impact of Chinese and western sports culture, the overall quality of teachers and the general requirements of school work, exploring the reasons for the lack of sports spirit and making suggestions to make up, such as the theme of the sports activities, the construction of traditional sports culture, the importance of school leadership, new requirements of teacher training.
