摘要:
体育教师专业成长力是促使其专业发展的原动力和助推器。笔者采用文献资料法、逻辑推理法,根据体育教师专业成长的特点,基于企业管理的成长力和物理力学的视角,探讨体育教师专业成长力的组成及相互关系。归纳出体育教师专业成长力的三个方面——基础力、催化力、聚合力,指出:基础力包括信仰、责任感、人格、学习能力等;催化力包括成长驱动力、教学情境驱动力、发展性驱动力;聚合力即为对基础力和催化力的整合力量。在此基础上进一步总结出体育教师专业成长力的特征:依托于身体实践,具有弹性、阶段性、内隐性。
Abstract:
Physical Education Teachers’professional growth forces is the motive force and booster to promote their professional development.By literature material method and logic reasoning method,according to the characteristics of the PE teachers’professional development,the thesis summed up the three levels of P.E teachers’professional development force:basic layer,guiding layer,the practical layer,and pointed out that the basic layer including instinctual forces,teaching situation force and developmental force;Guiding layer including beliefs,personality,ability to learn,etc.On this basis,further summarized that the characteristics of the forces of sports professional growing were depending on physical exercise,progressive and scalability,period and implicity.
