摘要:
基于课程与教学理论,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、比较法及调查法,对大学体育健身运动选项课内容的重置与教学进行研究。结果显示:重置健身运动课程教学内容及综合类体育方法更适合大学生的运动方式,能有效消除学生在体育课上的惰性,激发学生主动参与运动的热情;教学程序与练习方法集健身娱乐、游戏、竞赛于一体,具有创新性,对锻炼身体和养成终身体育的习惯有着重要意义,建议推广应用。
Abstract:
Based on the theory of curriculum and teaching,using the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,comparative law and investigation method,the resetting and teaching practice of the college sports fitness sports option class contents were examined.The results showed that fitness sports course teaching content to reset and comprehensive sports method is more suitable for the exercise of college students,students in physical education can effectively eliminate the inertia,stimulate the enthusiasm to participate in sports.Teaching procedures and practice methods are innovative in integrating fitness,entertainment,games and competitions,which are of great significance to physical exercise and lifelong sports habit.Therefore,it is suggested to popularize and apply them.
