摘要:
利用高效液相色谱法,一次进样,同时测定水果中的果糖、山梨醇、葡萄糖和蔗糖等可溶性糖的含量.结果表明,整个分析过程在27 min内完成,各组分能够达到很好的分离,在0.2~20 mg/mL的糖质量浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数在0.9999以上,4种糖的加标回收率为97.07%~100.11%,相对标准偏差小于5%.该方法具有较高的灵敏度与精密度,样品前处理方法简便,可用于快速、准确地测定水果中果糖、山梨醇、葡萄糖和蔗糖等可溶性糖的含量.
Abstract:
High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC) method was used for simultaneous determination of soluble sugars with only one injection.The results showed that the analysis was completed within 27 minutes,each component could be separated very well.The result showed that the calibration curves displayed good linearity in a concentration range of 0.2~20 mg/mL,with a correlation coefficient exceeding 0.9999.Average spike recoveries of four saccharides were found in a range of 97.07% to 100.11% with a RSD less than 5%.This method can be applied to determine the soluble sugars in fruits rapidly and accurately,which was sensitive,convenient and simple.
