摘要:
在美国,自上世纪70年代中期以来关于导师指导在教育、管理和心理学领域日益受到关注,近些年关于导师指导促进大学生,尤其是促进本科生学业成功的研究不断增多。同时为了适应国家对高等教育中导师指导和相应改革措施,对美国导师指导的文献进行梳理,力图重构并更新导师指导的概念和特征,综合并批判性地分析美国近20年发表的有关导师指导大学生的文献,并提出相应建议来改进导师指导的研究。
Abstract:
With the popularization of higher education in the process highlights the quality of higher education in recent years on promoting mentoring students, especially undergraduate academic success of research continues to heat up. In response to the mounting national support provided to mentoring programs and initiatives in higher education, the article synthesizes and critically analyzes empirical literature specific to mentoring college students published in recent 20 years. Finally, the article presents broad theoretical perspectives of mentoring from the business, psychology and education literature in preface to a proposed theoretical framework specific to mentoring college students. The article concludes with specific recommendations to advance the mentoring 1iterature.

 FANG Mi,LI Hui,SONG Na.了解大学生情绪管理能力现状及其影响因素。采用分层随机抽样,使用大学生情绪智力量表对云南省七所高校大学生进行施测。结果表明:(1)大学生情绪管理能力总均分为3.74,大于理论中值3;各因子均分在3.71~3.78之间。(2)大学生情绪管理能力及其各维度在性别、年级、专业、家庭氛围、家庭经济状况变量上存在显著差异。结论:大学生情绪管理能力处于中等偏上水平,性别、年级、专业、家庭氛围和家庭经济状况对情绪管理能力的一个或多个维度有显著影响。[J].Journal of Jimei University(Education Science Edition),2015,16(03):30.
