大学生情绪管理能力现状调查及影响因素-《集美大学学报（教育科学版）》

Title:: 了解大学生情绪管理能力现状及其影响因素。采用分层随机抽样，使用大学生情绪智力量表对云南省七所高校大学生进行施测。结果表明：（1）大学生情绪管理能力总均分为3.74，大于理论中值3；各因子均分在3.71~3.78之间。（2）大学生情绪管理能力及其各维度在性别、年级、专业、家庭氛围、家庭经济状况变量上存在显著差异。结论：大学生情绪管理能力处于中等偏上水平，性别、年级、专业、家庭氛围和家庭经济状况对情绪管理能力的一个或多个维度有显著影响。

Abstract:: Objective To study the emotional management ability of college students and its influencing factors. Methods Seven universities of Yunnan were investigated through sampling about emotional management ability. Results ① The average score of emotional management was 3.74, which was greater than the theoretical value of 3; and the average score of each factor was in 3.71~3.78. ② There exist significant differences in gender, grade, major, family atmosphere and family economic status respectively on emotional management ability and its various dimensions(P＜0.01). Conclusion College students’ emotion management ability is in the average level, and gender, grade, major, family atmosphere and family economic conditions have a significant influence on one or more dimensions of emotional management ability.
