摘要:
采用中文版Frost多维完美主义量表和职业成熟度量表对730名大学生进行了调查，考察大学生完美人格与职业成熟度的关系。结果表明：大学生的职业成熟度呈中等水平；职业成熟具体维度上存在一定的性别、年级和专业差异；完美人格与职业成熟度存在显著的相关关系，并对职业成熟度发展具有一定的影响和预测作用。
Abstract:
The research investigates the perfect personality and career maturity about college students by using Chinese version of Frost Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale and Career Maturity Inventory to 730 college students. The conclusions were summarized as follows: Career maturity of college students was at a medium level. There were some significant differences between gender, grade and profession in the specific dimensions of college students’ career maturity. There is a significant correlation between the perfect personality and career maturity. Perfect personality has certain influence and significant predictive effect on the overall development of career maturity.
