地方高校工科学生的专业思想问题是影响工科专业人才培养质量的关键因素和根源之一,地方高校工科学生容易出现的学习内生动力不足、学习压力较大、专业困惑较多等专业思想问题,产生这些问题的心理成因主要来自社会、学校、家庭和个人自身等多方面,但从高校管理的角度,必须精准地找出对策,包括:加强工科人才职业规划、深化教育教学改革、加强新工科建设、加强人文关怀和心理辅导等。

Speciality-related ideological problems of engineering students at local colleges and universities are one of the key factors affecting the quality of engineering talents training. The ideological problems common to engineering students are inadequate motivation for learning, heavy learning stress and too many speciality-related perplexities, and the psychological factors for these problems are mainly the society, school, family and individual. However, from the perspective of management of colleges and universities, it is necessary to come up with solutions, including strengthening students’ career planning, deepening education and teaching reforms, strengthening new engineering education, and offering humanistic care and psychological guidance.
