摘要:: 创新人才无疑是建设创新型国家的中坚力量，教师教育类大学生创新力的培养更是创新型人才培养的活水之源。教师教育类大学生创新胜任力的培养既是创新教育师资队伍建设的重要途径，又是培养高质量创新人才的重要保证。根据综合胜任力理论与教师教育类大学生本身的特点，构建了教师教育类大学生的创新胜任力模型，包括创新知识、创新教育教学技能、创新意识、创新精神、创新社会角色、创新成果六个要素。针对教师教育类大学生创新力的培养提出了有效对策，为创新人才的培养提供方向性引导、方法性指导与评价性参考。

Abstract:: Innovative talents are undoubtedly the backbone of building an innovative country, and the cultivation of innovative ability of teacher education college students is the living source of cultivating innovative talents. The cultivation of innovative competence of teacher education college students is not only an important way to construct innovative education teachers, but also an important guarantee to cultivate high-quality innovative talents. Based on the theory of competence and the characteristics of teacher education college students, this paper constructs a model of innovative competency model of teacher education college students, including innovative competence, including innovative knowledge, innovative teaching skills, innovative consciousness, innovative spirit, innovative social role and innovative achievements. Furthermore, the paper puts forward effective countermeasures for the cultivation of innovative ability of teacher education college students, and provides directional guidance, methodological guidance and evaluation reference for the cultivation of innovative talents.
