摘要:
自1996年设置教育硕士专业学位以来,我国开展教育硕士专业学位研究生培养已有20余年历史。质量提升成为新时代研究生教育工作的重心,这由其自身内在发展需求和外部形势所推动。然而,教育硕士专业学位的发展还面临诸如管理体制不够完善、双导师制落实不到位、案例教学及实践基地建设不足等现实困难。针对这些困难,论文以H大学教育硕士培养的办学实践为例,系统分析造成困难的原因,并提出能有效推进教育硕士专业学位高质量发展的对策,以期完善我国的研究生教育体系,推进高质量教师队伍建设。
Abstract:
Since the establishment of the professional degree of master of education in 1996,China has carried out the cultivation of postgraduates with the professional degree of Master of Education (Ed.M) for more than 20 years.Quality improvement has become the focus of graduate education in the new era.Whether it is based on the needs of the selfdevelopment of Ed.M graduates,or an important education development strategy serving the construction of national teachers,paying attention to the improvement of quality is the inevitable choice for the development of Ed.M. However,the development of Ed.M still faces many practical difficulties,such as:the management system is not perfect,the double tutorial system is not well implemented,there are inadequate case teaching and practice base.This paper takes the practice of Ed.M in H University as an example,systematically analyzes the causes of the difficulties,and proposes some countermeasures to promote effectively the highquality development of Ed.M in order to improve China’s graduate education system and promote the construction of highquality teachers.
