摘要:
运用履历研究法对福建省Z县2011年至2021年的45位中学校长进行研究,在此基础上对县域中学校长的人口统计特征、学历专业特征、工作经历特征作实证分析。分析得出,男性在中学校长群体中占据绝对优势地位,其年龄结构相比过去有所增大;大部分校长的第一学历为专科,且缺乏在职提高学历的动机;多数中学校长长期在教育系统工作,但缺乏一直工作至退休的名校长。基于上述研究提出针对性的政策建议:扩大选任优秀人才的范围,重用高学历人才,加强在职校长的培训以及增加女性校长的占比等。
Abstract:
This paper uses the resume research method to study 45 middle school principals in Z County,Fujian Province from 2011 to 2021.Based on this,combined with the interview data to make an empirical analysis of their demographic characteristics,academic qualifications,professional characteristics,and work experience characteristics.The analysis shows that men occupy an absolute dominant position in the group of middle school principals,and their age structure has increased compared with the past.Most principals have a junior college degree as their first degree,and they lack the motivation to improve their academic qualifications.Most of them have been working in the education system for a long time,but there is a shortage of well-known principals who work until retirement.Based on the above research,we put forward some policy recommendations:expand the scope of selecting outstanding talents,use more highly educated talents,improve the training of inservice principals and increase the proportion of female principals,etc.
