摘要:
大学教师教学学术能力是大学的核心竞争力。教学学术能力是大学教师以学科认识论为基础,以人的发展为价值取向,通过开展教学学术研究活动以实现教学实践创新、知识改造扩展和有效传播的能力,其核心是掌握、运用和创新学科教学知识的能力。学科性是教学学术能力的本质内涵特征,实践旨趣是教学学术能力的最基础内涵特征,为人性是教学学术能力的最鲜明内涵特征,人为性是教学学术能力的最复杂内涵特征。
Abstract:
Scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL) ability is the core competitiveness of universities.Based on the four perspectives of “meta”,“root”,“basic” and “inner”,SoTL ability is the ability of university teachers to achieve innovation of teaching practice,expansion of knowledge transformation and effective dissemination by carrying out SoTL activities based on subject epistemology and value orientation of human development.Its core is the ability to master,apply and innovate the pedagogical content knowledge.Disciplinarity is the most essential connotation characteristic of SoTL ability,practice purport is the most basic connotation characteristic of SoTL ability,for humanity is the most distinctive connotation characteristic of SoTL ability,humanity is the most complex connotation characteristic of SoTL ability.
