摘要:: 在突发性灾难事件触发下，网络群体传播呈现情绪化、地域化和仪式化的特质，其可辅助政府制订与优化救灾计划，安抚群体成员的焦虑情绪并监督政府救援工作；而负面信息与负面情绪的群体传播则会产生一系列负向作用，主要包括群体谣言的制造与传播、对身份相异群体的攻击以及群体娱乐化灾难事件。需建立谣言治理、情绪安抚及物资管控机制以应对网络群体传播中的谣言滋生及其次生危害；预防、拦截与回应群体攻击言论，以控制群体言论攻击；引导灾难话语表达方式与内容，促进群体看待灾难的视角和表述灾难的方式向合宜的方向转化。

Abstract:: In the advent of sudden catastrophic events,network-group communication tends to be more emotional,regional and ritualized.It can help the government draft and optimize the relief plans and soothe the anxiety of group members and supervise the government relief work.However,group communication of negative information and negative emotions will have a series of negative effects,which mainly include the generation and dissemination of rumors,attacks on groups with different identities and group disaster entertainment events.Hence,we should do as follows:establish rumor management,emotional comfort and material control mechanisms to deal with the breeding and secondary harm of rumors spread by online groups;prevent and intercept groupattacking speech so as to control the rumor-mongering remarks;give guidance to the approach and content of disaster discourse to promote an appropriate perspective on catastrophic events and the proper way of communication concerning disasters.
