摘要:
在农村教育事业改革与发展的大背景下,一些农村学校班主任工作陷入目标异化、管理自主性缺失、投入反复性、自我锁定性的困境,呈现出“悬浮”与“内卷化”交织的表征,究其原因是基层行政工作的影响、培养机制不健全、考核机制僵化、激励机制动力不足、社会支持力量后劲缺乏等。基于农村中学班主任工作对农村教育事业发展的重要作用,提出了其破解困境:加强教育制度实践的引导以摆正工作方向;赋予班主任培训选择权以增强培养效果;增强学校管理制度的支持以促进工作落实;激发班主任工作自主性以增进管理内生动力;增强社会支持机制的力量以营造整体氛围。
Abstract:
With the reform and development of rural education,some head teachers of rural schools have encountered the plight of target alienation,deficient management autonomy,repetitive teaching and identity crises,which are the manifestation of “suspension” and involution.The reasons why such phenomenon happens are multifaceted including the inefficient grass-roots administrative work,unsound training system,rigid assessment mechanism,and the lack of incentive and social support.Given the significance of the work of rural head teachers to the development of rural education,it is recommended to resolve the dilemma from the following aspects:strengthen the guidance of the practice of the education system to ensure its proper orientation;confer the head teachers with the right to be trained to deliver more effective teaching;improve the school management system to promote the implementation of the work;enhance the work autonomy to foster the spontaneity of management;increase social support so as to create a sound environment.
