莱维纳斯的“他者伦理学”思想可以为教师合作文化建设注入伦理学的血液,为教师合作提供新思路和方向。教师应从合作中仅关注“自我”的取向中抽离出来,实现“为他者”的伦理转向。为此,教师在合作中应被看成具有差异性、绝对性、外在性与陌生性的“他者”,在与“他者”“面对面”的“亲近”中与“他者”进行一种袒露自我的“言说”,开拓教师合作的新境界。

The Other Ethics of Emmanuel Levinas is a trailblazer of teachers’ collaboration,shedding new light on the orientation of the practice and instilling ethical elements into the cooperation process.It is imperative for teachers to transcend the ego-centrism so as to elevate into the ethical selves and high-moral collaborators who can accept the Other.Therefore,it is indispensable for teachers to be regarded as the Other with differences,absoluteness and extraneous strangeness,among whom there’ s candid communication that promotes self-revealing exchange and explores new realm of teachers’ collaboration.
