随着在线评教模式的推广,高校出现学生学业成绩与评教分数双双增长的局面。从经济学视角出发,采用静态与动态演化博弈的方法对学生学业成绩与评教分数增长的原因进行分析,发现在线评教模式将教师成长与学生发展进行捆绑,教师与学生之间存在共同的利益目标。为实现共赢,教师与学生合作互打高分。将教师或学生发展与在线评教模式进行解耦,是推进大学生学业成绩与评教分数趋向客观的重要方式。

With the promotion of the online teaching evaluation teaching model,there has been a double increase in students’ academic achievement and teaching evaluation scores.Therefore,from the perspective of economics,the research analyzes the reasons for students’ academic achievement and evaluation score by using the methods of static game and dynamic evolutionary game and finds that the existing online teaching evaluation model “binds” teachers’ growth and students’ development,and there is a common interest goal between teachers and students.To achieve “win-win”,teachers and students have “cooperation” and “high scores” for each other.Therefore,the research believes that “decoupling” the development of teachers or students from the online teaching evaluation model is an important way and means to promote the rational and objective trend of College Students’ academic achievement and teaching evaluation score.
