摘要:: 中国正迈向实现社会主义现代化强国的新征程，加强艺术人才培养是新时代文化艺术工作者所肩负的现实课题和时代使命。基于马克思的“艺术生产”理论视野，对新时代下马克思的艺术生产理论关切的问题进行探究。新发展阶段艺术人才培养的现实困境，主要体现为三个方面，即艺术人才培养的结构性矛盾突出，艺术人才培养机制不健全、缺乏政策保障，艺术学生与艺术教育师资竞争力不足。在此基础上，提出新发展阶段艺术人才的培养路径：提高艺术人才培养质量，增加适配性供给；健全艺术人才培养机制，促进艺术教育高质量发展等。

Abstract:: China is on a new journey towards a modern socialist power,and strengthening the training of artistic talents is a realistic task and mission undertaken by cultural and artistic workers in the new era.Based on Marx’s theory of "art production",this paper combs the concerns of Marxs theory of art production in the new era,and then analyzes the realistic predicament of art talent training in the new development stage,which mainly lies in three aspects,namely,the conspicuous structural contradictions in the cultivation of art talents,the imperfect cultivation mechanism of art talents and the lack of policy guarantee,and the insufficient competitiveness of art students and art education teachers.On this basis,it puts forward that the training path of artistic talents in the new development stage is to improve the high quality and adaptive supply of artistic talents and put forward the innovative path of cultivating artistic talents in the new era.
