摘要:
教育数字化转型背景下,各类智慧教育平台日渐完善,数字化学习资源丰富多样,促进信息技术与学科教学不断融合创新,混合式教学必将成为新时代的教学模式新常态,同时为教育“双减”有效赋能。当前混合式教学取得的突出成就有目共睹,但是也暴露了诸多问题,例如,教师的技术能力不匹配、教学设计不适用、教学过程不可控、教学评价不全面等。基于此,从教师信息素养、教学设计、教学过程和教学评价等多方面分析当前“线上+线下”混合式教学存在的多重困境,在此基础上提出以下突围策略:通过信息素养专项培训提高教师信息技术应用创新能力;通过整体设计优化线上线下教学衔接;通过邀请家长监督学习过程促进家校协同育人;通过实施评价主体动态变化实现全面多元评价。
Abstract:
In the context of the digital transformation of education,various smart education platforms are gradually improving,and digital learning resources are very abundant.Information technology and subject teaching are constantly integrating and innovating,and blended teaching is bound to become the new norm of teaching mode in the post-epidemic era,while empowering education “double reduction”.Although the current blended teaching has made outstanding achievements,it has also revealed many dilemmas such as teachers’ mismatch of technical skills,unsuitable teaching design,uncontrollable teaching process and incomplete teaching evaluation.Based on this,we analyze the multiple dilemmas of the current “online + offline” blended teaching in terms of teachers’ information literacy,teaching design,teaching process and teaching evaluation.On this basis,the following optimisation strategies are proposed:improving teachers’ ability to apply IT innovation through special training on information literacy,optimizing the interface between online and offline teaching through holistic design,promoting homeschool collaboration through inviting parents to supervise the learning process,and realizing comprehensive and diversified evaluation by capturing the dynamics of the subject.
