摘要:
高校教改项目的立项和建设是推动高校教学改革的重要工作。当前高校教改项目评价存在管理制度不规范、指标体系不科学、评价方式单一以及未发挥激励功能四个问题。改进对策包括完善管理规章制度、构建科学有效的评价指标体系、建立分类分级评价机制以及完善激励奖惩机制。
Abstract:
Establishment and construction of teaching reform in universities is an important job for pushing teaching reform of universities forward. There are four problems of evaluation of teaching reform project in current universities: management system is not standardized, index system is not scientific, evaluating method is simplified and inspiring function does not display. Meanwhile, there are four countermeasures: to perfect the management bylaw system, to construct a scientific and efficient evaluation index system, to build a classifying and grading evaluation mechanism and to perfect the inspiring and reward-punishment mechanism.
