思政教育理念引导下的高校创新创业教育效果评价体系,是促进创新创业教育与思想政治教育“同心同行”和紧密融合的重要抓手,为推动新时代高校创新创业教育改革提供了重要的目标导向依据。在阐释评价指标体系构建理论基础上,从人才培养环境、人才培养资源和人才培养教育产出3个维度构,建了融入思政元素的高校创新创业教育效果评价指标体系。应用群组G1法作为评价方法对上述评价指标进行赋权,采用非线性加权方法设计了评价模型。在上述评价体系基础上,以A大学为例进行了实证评价分析。基于实证分析结果,提出了提升思政教育视域下高校创新创业教育效果的优化路径。
Abstract:
The evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship education guided by the concept of ideological and political education is an important starting point to promote the concentric peer and close integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education. It provides a goal-oriented basis for promoting the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in colleges and universities in the new era. On the basis of explaining the construction theory of the evaluation index system, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of innovation and entrepreneurship education effect integrating curriculum ideological and political elements from three aspects of talent cultivation environment, talent cultivation resources and talent cultivation education output. On this basis, the group G1 method is used as the evaluation method to weight the above index system, and then the nonlinear weighting method is used to design the evaluation model, and finally the evaluation system of the effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is constructed from the perspective of ideological and political curriculum. Finally, based on the key influencing factors determined by the result of index weighting, the optimization path to improve the effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is proposed.
