摘要:
《优质教材工具》是美国教育报告组织开发的“基于课程标准”的教材评价体系,设有三个关卡,分别与《共同核心州立标准》中的三个“关键转变”相对应,旨在判断教材与《共同核心州立标准》的一致性。《优质教材工具》的特点包括:强调评价过程,记录指标证据供评价小组核验;注重证据意识,配备《证据指南》供评价者参考;评估项目多维,涵盖对辅助教材的质量水平考查。通过对《优质教材工具》分析,可以获得完善教材评价工具的启示:树立“基于证据”意识,增强评价过程的透明性,增设辅助教材评估维度等。
Abstract:
The Tool of Quality Teaching Materials is a curriculum based textbook evaluation system developed by the American Educational Reporting Organization to check the consistency between textbooks and Common Core State Standards (CCSS).It corresponds to the three “key shifts” in the CCSS and sets up three different levels.The Tool of Quality Teaching Materials possesses the following characteristics:it emphasizes the evaluation process and thus requires the recording of indicator evidence for group communication;it values evidence awareness and is equipped with Evidence Guide for reference;the projects it assessed are multidimensional,encompassing the evaluation of the quality of supplementary materials.The analysis of The Tool of Quality Teaching Materials endows us with the inspiration to improve the teaching material evaluation tools,enhancing the transparency of the evaluation process and adding the dimensions of auxiliary textbook evaluation.
