摘要:
国家实施高校资助政策是保证教育公平的一项重要举措,现行资助政策确实取得了显著成就,但在实施过程中也出现了一些问题。福建省落实高校资助政策的成效:资助规模有所提高,助学政策体系得以健全,学生资助管理机构初步建立。出现的问题有:家庭经济困难学生界定机制不健全,各项资助方式相互间缺乏协调,资助工作内涵相对简单。对策建议:改善家庭经济困难学生的认定制度,加强学生资助工作的统筹管理,拓展资助工作的育人内涵,健全学生资助管理体制。
Abstract:
The funding policies in universities are the important measures to guarantee education equality. The current policies have made remarkable achievements. But there occur some problems during the implementation process. In the paper, the effectiveness of the funding policies in Fujian province universities firstly is summarized. The funding scale continuously increases and the system of funding policies is improved. The organization of student financial assistance management has been initially established. Secondly, the existing problems are analyzed. The identification mechanism of university students coming from lowincome families is not perfect. There needs to be greater coordination among different funding modes. The connotation of funding work is relatively simple. Finally, the countermeasures to problems are raised. The comprehensive system to locate poor students is put in place. The overall management is to be strengthened. Educational connotation needs to be expanded. The system of management should be regularized.
