摘要:
闽台合作项目可以充分发挥福建高校与台湾高校的专业及师资优势,通过共建专业与分段对接的办学模式,促进福建省高等教育改革。但是,由于海峡两岸不同的政治、经济和教育运行机制导致两岸在办学理念、教育机制和学生管理等方面都存在较为明显的差距,且办学时间较短但发展速度迅速,学生数量迅速增加,这对闽台生的教育管理工作提出了较高的要求。因此,相关项目的高校管理部门应该认真研究这种新办学模式背景下闽台生的思想学习动态,强化对闽台生思想政治的理论引导,构建适应闽台高校合作办学的闽台生教育管理工作新模式,以利于闽台生的健康全面
Abstract:
FujianTaiwan cooperative project can make full use of the advantages of profession and qualified teachers to promote the reform of higher education and raise the level of higher education in Fujian province through the schoolrunning mode of professional coconstruction and segmented docking, which is an important guarantee for providing international interdisciplinary talent support for economic zone construction of the west side. However, because of different political, economic and education operation mechanisms, there is an obvious gap in schoolrunning idea, education mechanism and student management on both sides. And the schoolrunning time is short but it develops at an extremely high speed with rapidly increasing number of students, so this puts forward higher requirements for FujianTaiwan student education management work. Therefore, management departments in colleges and universities of related projects should seriously study the trends of FujianTaiwan students’ learning thoughts under the new schoolrunning mode background, strengthen the theoretical guidance of ideology and politics for FujianTaiwan students and build the new mode of FujianTaiwan student education management work which adapts to the cooperative education of FujianTaiwan colleges and universities to facilitate the healthy and comprehensive development of FujianTaiwan students.
