摘要:
以福建高等院校舞蹈教师为研究对象，采用问卷调查的方法对舞蹈教师的年龄、教龄、学历、职称、科研能力等方面进行问卷调查，从调查结果可知，福建高等院校舞蹈教师队伍主要以青年和中年教师是主力军，许多青年教师教学经验不足，在业务水平、科研水平以及教学经验上仍然需要进一步提高。因此，必须在加大高校优秀舞蹈教师专业人才的输送力度的同时，应重视舞蹈教育专业学科带头人的培养工作，引领学科带头人发挥传、帮、带的作用，从而提高福建省舞蹈教师队伍科研水平和专业技能水平,以期为福建省舞蹈教学水平的提高奠定坚实的师资基础。
Abstract:
This paper takes Inner Mongolia colleges dance teachers as the research subjects, using the method of questionnaire survey to dance teacher age, seniority, educational background, professional title, scientific research ability of investigation and analysis, summarized the insufficiency, and puts forward some countermeasures for the construction of colleges and universities dance teachers development, providing a reference for the sustainable development in Inner Mongolia University dance teachers.
