摘要:
1929年美国教育专业伦理规范首次颁布,到1975年最终成型经历了6次修订四个阶段。分别是:初创时期(1929—1940)、形成时期(1941—1952)、发展时期(1953—1972)、成熟时期(1973—1975),不同时期的规范有着不同的特征。从规范的变迁走向来看:由宽泛走向专一、由难行走向可行、由随意走向科学、由理想走向务实。这些对我国师德建设的借鉴有:专业协会组织推进、配套执行措施完善、层次结构安排合理、宣传教育到位。
Abstract:
In 1929,the American education professional ethics code was first issued,and it underwent six revisions and four stages to its final formation in 1975.They are:the initial period (1929—1940),the formative period (1941—1952),the development period (1953—1972) and the mature period (1973—1975).From the change trend of the code,there were different features in different periods:from broad to specific,from difficult to feasible,from casual to scientific,from ideal to practical.These mirror to the construction of teacher ethics in China:professional association organization promotion,supporting implementation measures perfect,reasonable arrangement of hierarchy,propaganda education in place.
