摘要:
对Q市220名幼儿教师在价值观念、持续承诺、胜任效能、人际支持和知识与技能等五个维度进行问卷调查。结果显示:幼儿教师的学历、职称、所在幼儿园办学地、办园性质等人口学变量因素在五个维度上都存在极显著差异,而年龄、教龄、专业等因素存在部分显著差异。研究从五个方面提出提升幼儿园教师专业身份认同的对策与建议:加大政府政策导向,纠正社会大众的错误观念;提高准入门槛,重视低学历教师的在职培训;加大对民办园的财政扶持力度,改善办园条件和环境;加强对民办园的管理,关注乡村幼儿教师的专业发展;提升幼儿教师自我效能感,增强心理调适能力。
Abstract:
A questionnaire survey concerning values,commitment,competency,interpersonal skills and academic capabilities was conducted on 220 preschool teachers in Q city.The results indicate that there are significant differences in the five dimensions of demographic variables such as educational background,professional title,the location of the kindergarten and school-running methodology.And there are also some prominent differences in age,teaching experience and other professional factors.Therefore,it is proposed to increase the policy guidance of the government so as to correct the misleading notion of the public and call for higher requirement for preschool teachers while paying more attention to the on the job training of preschool staff with low academic qualifications.In the meantime,it is of great significance to increase financial support for private kindergartens and improve the school-running environment.What’s more,it is a necessity to strengthen the management of private kindergartens and pay attention to the professional development of rural preschool teachers.In addition,the emphasis should also be put on improving preschool teachers’ sense of selfefficacy and enhancing their abilities of psychological adaptation.
