摘要:
高校质量文化的形成是师生长期实践活动的结果或效应，是多种要素整体作用的结果，是一种集合性的精神活动，是一种集体人格，它形成的基础在于认同，具有独特性。高校质量文化建设成效不明显，原因在于其建设存在功利性，忽视其建设的长期性、共识性、递进性、连续性及对其建设成效的评估。有效推进高校质量文化建设需要高校最高决策者的重视，塑造追求卓越的共同发展愿景，科学构建建设体系，构建学校发展命运共同体，注重培养集体人格，建立建设成效定期评估机制。
Abstract:
The emergence of a quality in universities is the outcome impact of a long-term activity conducted by both teachers and students,which is the overall result of multiple elements.It is a collective spiritual activity and a collective personality.The foundation of such a culture lies in the act of identification,possessing a unique character.The limited success of cultivating a quality culture in universities can be attributed to its utilitarian tendency,ignoring the long-term consensus,progressive and continuous nature of quality culture construction.To effectively promote the development of a quality culture in universities,it is necessary for the highest decision makers to attach importance,shape a shared vision for pursuing excellence,scientifically establish a quality culture construction system,build a school community with a shared future,focus on nurturing a collective personality,and establish a regular evaluation mechanism to assess the effectiveness of quality culture construction.
