摘要:
教师自由全面发展是自足、第一性的,不可为他物的目的而牺牲、出卖或让渡。严格来说,作为存在论意义上的教师自由全面发展并不存在所谓的“追求”、“争取”问题,而只存在“夺回”、“保护”的问题。现如今教师专业发展本体异化教师自由全面发展,按说应弱化、废止教师专业发展。然而,教师专业发展具有其存生的合法性与必然性,故尽管教师专业发展异化教师自由全面发展,我们也不能简单地将其弱化、废止,但教师专业发展对教师自由全面的本体异化根植于教师专业发展本身,除非废止教师专业发展否则难以根除。为此需转变思路,诉诸于外,从“消解”走向“补偿”。休闲是人之自由全面发展场域,为补偿教师专业发展对教师自由全面发展的本体异化应倡导与落实教师休闲。
Abstract:
As a self-sufficient and primary right of teachers, their comprehensive and free development shall not be sacrificed, offered for sale or transferred for any other purposes. Strictly speaking, based on ontology, teachers do not “pursue” or “struggle for” their free and comprehensive development. Instead, they “recapture” or “protect” it. In the current situation, the professional development of teachers is alienating their free and comprehensive development, and thus shall be weakened or abolished. However, considering its legitimacy and necessity, it will be an arbitrary decision to simply weaken or abolish the professional development of teachers. The reasons for this alienation root in the professional development of teachers, and they are impossible to be uprooted unless we put an end to such a development. Thus the solution to the problem is to change the mindset from “elimination” to “compensation”, from “seeking internal solution” to “resorting to external solution”. When minimizing the alienation, we resort to external solution. Leisure can be an effective method to promote teachers’ free and comprehensive development, and the solution to such alienation also lies in it.
