摘要:
以2010年以来《教师教育研究》与《Teaching And Teacher education》刊载的教师专业发展的相关文献为对象,基于文献研究的方法,对在职教师专业发展的研究主题、研究方法、研究对象做一分析。研究发现,在我国的同类研究中:(1)研究主题选择应调整范围与层次;(2)研究方法切忌重思辨轻数据;(3)研究对象确定应兼顾各个层面。
Abstract:
By using document analysis and comparative study,the author tries to detect the themes, methods and objects in the professional development of service teachers. All of the literatures are selected from Teacher Education Research and Teaching and Teacher Education. The results were as follows: firstly, the research topic selection scope and level should be adjusted ; secondly, the research method will be better if there are more data ; thirdly, the object of study to determine all levels should be taken into account.
