摘要:
对我国社会体育指导员的指导工作现状与行为激励方式调查分析。结果表明：我国社会体育指导员中有超过22.3%并没有行实际的指导工作；社会体育指导员社会认可度不高；行为激励方式比较单一；物质依托不足和活动资金缺乏；社会体育指导员服务立法的缺位等。针对以上情况对社会体育指导员的发展和社会体育指导员的行为激励方式提出可行性的建议。
Abstract:
The use of interviews and literature and other methods to guide the work of the current situation of our country and the social sports instructors and incentives Investigation. Social sports instructors are the main force of China’s sports development community on the development of sports in our society plays a vital role in the behavior of social sports instructors to better incentives to stimulate social sports instructors in social sports guidance enthusiasm and security basic interests of social sports instructors. This research is the development of social sports instructors and social sports instructor behavior incentives put forward some feasible suggestions. The results showed that: there are social sports instructors in China of 22.3% which is not the actual guidance; social recognition is not high social sports instructors; incentive mechanism of social sports instructor is relatively simple; lack of material and activities relying on insufficient funds; social sport instructor’s absence of legislation.
