摘要:
对各项目运动员在从事现代五项运动后的各项成绩进行比较分析，结果表明：游泳出身的男子现代五项运动员各项成绩指标明显优于跑步出身的男子现代五项运动员，游泳和跑步出身出身的女子现代五项运动员成绩差异总体不明显。建议：全面调整选材方向，全面落实从高水平游泳运动员中选拔优秀现代五项运动员的力度，不再进行游泳项目外的其余项目运动员中选拔优秀现代五项运动员；调整女子现代五项运动员选材策略，以我国优秀男子现代五项运动员为借鉴，加大从高水平游泳运动员中选拔优秀现代五项女子运动员。
