摘要:
运用文献资料法、SWOT分析法，分析我国体育社会组织发展的内部优势与劣势，外部机遇与威胁，探寻不同组合发展战略。表明：价值多元是体育社会组织生存发展的关键；自治与独立性缺失、规章与制度欠完善及登记门槛较高是其短板；政治、经济、社会环境却为其提供良好机遇。建议：定位政府与体育社会组织的角色，厘清各自职能范围；制定两者在公共服务的购买与提供方面的法规；分类指导体育社会组织，推行备案制；以产业化、市场化促其快速发展。
Abstract:
It uses literature, SWOT analysis to discuss the internal strengths, weaknesses and external opportunities, threats and different developing strategy of China＇s Sports Social Organization. The study indicates that diversified values is hinge; there are some disadvantages such as self-government and independence are deficiency, rules and regulations are imperfect, registration threshold is higher; the environment of politics, economics and societies provides opportunities for Sports Social Organization. Suggesting: positioning the role of sports administrative department and social organizations, to clarify the scope of functions; to formulate laws and regulations in buying and providing of public service; classification guiding sports social organizations, promoting the record management system; accelerating fast development with the industry-oriented and market-oriented.
