摘要:
世界形势日新月异，现代体育管理思想需要不断完善以满足新的体育发展需要。要适应体育事业的快速发展，必须更新当今的体育管理思想。优秀儒家管理思想符合现代体育管理发展的趋势，对当今的体育管理实践有着重要的启示作用。通过对我国经典儒家管理思想的介绍，探讨儒家管理思想对现代体育管理实践工作中的启示，旨在完善体育管理学理论，为体育管理者提供一定的参考借鉴。
Abstract:
The world situation is changing,the modern sport management ideas need constantly improve in order to satisfy the new sports development.To adapt to the rapid development of sports undertakings,we must update the current sports management thought.And the excellent Confucian management thinking is because conforms to the trend of the development of the modern sport management,and thus has important enlightenment to today’s sports management practice.In this paper,with the introduction of China’s classical Confucian management thinking,to explore the Confucian management thinking enlightenment in the work,the practice of modern sports aims to perfect the sports management theory and provide certain reference for the sports administrators.
