摘要:
应用文献资料法、测试法、数理统计法等，对福建省女子排球后备队伍运动员的发展现状进行调研。研究表明：福建省女子排球后备队伍存在年龄结构失衡、选材重视身高、区域发展不平衡、未能充分发挥高大队员作用的不足之处。并提出相关建议。
Abstract:
In order to catch the present situation of Fujian junior womenvolleyball players,the author used methods of documentary investigation,test,mathematical statistics to research.The results of this study indicated that there had been some problems in the development of Fujian junior women volleyball players.The author also gave some suggests about these problems.
