摘要:
从神秘的“一击必杀”到追求“选手安全”“判定明晰”“趣味观赏”的现代竞技运动，空手道的竞技方式经历过种种尝试。无论是戴护具直接击打的“硬式空手道”还是不戴护具直接击打的“极真会空手道”，空手道的探索者们都在寻找体现更强、更快、更高的体育竞技性与传统搏斗术的最佳结合点。提倡“形”与“组手”并举的全日本空手道联盟竞赛方式，目前成为较为权威的现代空手道竞赛方式，也被国际空手道联盟所采用，空手道也即将成为2020年东京奥运会的正式比赛项目。空手道竞技方式的演化走向也体现了现代竞技体育的基本趋势：人本化、组织化、规范化、普及化。
Abstract:
In modern competitive sports，the competitive way of Karate，from the mysterious “One shot，one kill” to “ensuring the safety of competitors”，“Judging clearly and precisely”，and “Interesting to watch”，has been through various trials，such as “Rigid Karate” that strikes by wearing protective clothing，“Kyokushin-Kai Karate” that strikes without wearing protective clothing．The explorers of Karate are also searching for the best combination juncture of competitiveness of sports and traditional combat skills，which would embody its characteristics of being greater，faster，and higher．The Karate league competition that advocates the simultaneous development of both “Kata” and “Kumite” in Japan has currently become the more authoritative form of competitiveness，which has been adopted by the international Karate Federation and is going to be the formal Olympic game in 2020 Tokyo Olympics．The evolution and developmental trend of the competitive way of Karate also embodies the fundamental trend of modern competitive sports：humancentered，systematization，normalization，and popularization.
