摘要:
优化体育师资学历结构有利于推动体育学科建设；促进学校体育教育事业稳定快速发展。运用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法对高校体育师资学历结构问题进行分析发现，当前我国高校体育师资学历结构存在层级纵向差异和区域横向不均等问题。借助推拉理论剖析我国高校体育师资学历结构失衡的根源，研究认为导致我国高校体育教师学历结构失衡的原因包括：双一流建设加重人才砝码、人才流动完全市场化运作、区域经济发展差异性较大等因素拉动高学历体育人才外流；传统意识观念和就业观、人才引进缺乏战略规划、内部人才培养意愿降低等因素推动高学历体育人才外流。据此提出完善双一流建设评价体系、积极探索建立人才流动制度、加大国家财政资金支持力度、夯实大学文化内涵建设、建立长效的师资引进机制、完善人才培养和使用机制的优化策略。
Abstract:
Optimizing physical education teachers’educational background structure is conducive to promoting the construction of physical education discipline and the steady and rapid development of school physical education.By using research methods of document literature and logical analysis，this paper analyses PE teachers’educational background structure in Colleges and universities，and points out some problems such as vertical differences of the hierarchy and the horizontal disparities of the region.With the help of push-pull theory，this paper analyses the causes of PE teachers’educational background structure imbalance in China’s colleges and universities，It is believed that the reasons for the imbalance of the educational background structure of P.E.teachers in China’s colleges and universities lie in the following factors：the double-first-class construction highlights the focus on talents，talent flow is completely under marketization operation,and the difference of regional economic development is huge ，which drive the outflow of highly educated P.E.talents；the traditional concepts of consciousness and employment view，and the lack of strategic planning for talent introduction ，lower training willingness of interior talents and other relevant factors promote the outflow of highly educated sports talents.Accordingly，following optimizing strategies are proposed：improve the evaluation system of double-first-class construction，actively explore and establish the talent flow system，increase the support of national financial funds，consolidate the construction of university cultural connotation，establish a long-term teacher introduction mechanism，and improve personnel training and use mechanism.
