摘要:
运用文献资料法、历史与逻辑分析法等研究方法，对我国魏晋南北朝时期体育文化发展史进行梳理和分析。魏晋南北朝时期的体育文化传播具有开放包容的接收异域体育文化、刚柔并济的互兼竞技养生体育文化、内外兼修的协同形神体育文化等特征。这一时期体育文化的传播经历了冲突期迷失本我、适应期寻找自我、融合期实现超我的三个阶段。受这一时期体育文化传播规律启示，笔者提出当代传统体育文化建设要坚守文化自觉、坚定文化自信和坚持文化自强等理念。
Abstract:
By using the methods of literature，history and logic analysis，this paper sorts out and analyzes the development history of sports culture in the Wei，Jin，Southern and Northern dynasties.The sports culture communication in the Wei，Jin，Southern and Northern dynasties was characterized by an open and inclusive reception of foreign sports culture，a competitive and healthy sports culture featuring both firmness and softness，and a coordinated sports culture featuring both internal and external cultivation.The communication of sports culture in this period experienced three stages:getting lost in the conflict period，finding the self in the adaptation period，and realizing the superego in the integration period.Inspired by the rules of sports culture communication in this period，the article proposes that the construction of contemporary traditional sports culture should adhere to the concepts of cultural consciousness，cultural self-confidence and cultural self-improvement.
