摘要:
加强研究生创新能力培养，提高人才培养质量是教育部对研究生创新计划教育的主要指导思想。研究分析了案例教学对创新型人才培养的作用，以“体育经济学”为例，分析案例教学的改革探索，通过教学实例指出如何通过案例教学调动学生积极性、培养学生创新思维、实现理论与实践的有机结合。最后，探讨案例教学的着力点，指出应注重教学的职业培训性、重视教学设计的科学性、注意引入案例的恰适性、重视学生创新人格的培养。
Abstract:
Strengthening the cultivation of graduate students’ innovative ability and improving the quality of talent training are the main guiding ideology of the Ministry of Education for graduate students’ innovative plan education. This research analyzes the role of case method in the cultivation of innovative talents. Taking “Sports Economics” as an example, it analyzes the reform and exploration of case teaching, and points out how to mobilize students’ enthusiasm through case teaching, cultivating students’ innovative thinking, and realizing the close combination between theories and practice. Finally, it discusses the focus of case method, pointing out that it should pay attention to the vocational training of teaching, the scientific of teaching design, the appropriateness of introducing cases, and the cultivation of students’ innovative personality.
