摘要:
为促进新时代中国武术套路的发展与传承，文章采用文献资料法、历史分析法、对比分析法、逻辑分析法等研究方法对中国武术套路的历史变迁进行了系统的梳理。研究认为，中国武术套路起源于原始社会的武舞，经历了从“武舞”到“套子”再到“传统武术套路”的漫长演变过程，新中国成立后，武术套路朝着奥林匹克化的竞技体育道路进行了创新与改革，使现代竞技武术套路一度成为中国武术的主流。竞技武术套路的发展不仅要注重把握技击意识，突出拳种意识，推崇养生意识，还应在融入竞技体育大家庭的同时始终保持一种具有中国传统武术文化内涵的独特魅力。
Abstract:
In order to promote the perfection and development of Chinese martial arts routines in the new era, the research methods such as literature review, historical analysis, comparative analysis and logical analysis are adopted to sort out the historical changes of Chinese martial arts routines, and it is believed that Chinese martial arts routines originated from the martial dances in the primitive society. After the founding of the People’s Republic of China, Martial Arts was innovated and reformed towards the Olympic competitive sports, which made modern competitive Chinese Martial Arts become the mainstream of Chinese Martial Arts. There are still some problems of today’s competitive Chinese Martial Arts, therefore putting forward the competitive Chinese Martial Arts should pay attention to grasping the art of consciousness, highlighting practiser consciousness, promoting health consciousness. Hope in the future the development of Chinese Martial Arts can be integrated into the big family of competitive sports and maintain a unique charm of Chinese traditional martial arts culture simultaneously.
