摘要:
体育本质的揭示，对体育科学理论与实践的科学化具有奠基性的重要意义。关于体育本质问题，自改革开放以来体育界争论迭起，众说纷纭。研究认为对体育本质再认识应以遵循“个体与群体统一、系统与过程统一、结构与功能统一”的规律为前提，廓清体育与文化教育的关系并探寻与揭示体育对生命、生活的意义，以“接受—创造—再接受—再创造”的体育文化生命机制为认识路径，才能实现对体育本质世界的通达。体育是以身体活动为载体创生并传承身体有关的文化，以反复的身体练习为基本手段，展现人的体能、技能和个性，增强体质、增进健康、愉悦身心，提升生命与生活的质量，促进人与社会共同进步与发展的活动与事业。
