摘要:
通过职业俱乐部发展足球符合市场经济与足球发展双重规律。运用文献资料法、历史研究法等回顾我国职业足球俱乐部的历史进程,阐释我国职业足球俱乐部发展内涵,提出面临的挑战以及应对策略。认为20世纪80年代以来,我国职业足球俱乐部经历了探索萌芽期、初创滥觞期、动荡前行期、改革发展期4个阶段;我国职业足球俱乐部体制的形成与我国体育事业发展互促共进,与我国市场经济改革高度契合,与国际足坛发展趋势同频共振。针对我国职业足球俱乐部面临的政策环境、金融财务、文化建设、足球发展等内外挑战,提出应对策略:完善制度体系,建立长效机制;优化管理运营,注重降本增效;加强品牌建设,努力提升形象;兼顾足球事业,积极承担责任。
Abstract:
The development of football through professional clubs is in accordance with the dual laws of market economy and football evolution. Literature review and historical research methods were conducted to review the development history of China’s professional football clubs, depict their development connotation, clarify their challenges and put forward promotion strategies. China’s professional football clubs have experienced 4 stages since the 1980s, including the embryonic period, the start-up period, the period of turbulent progress, and the period of reform and development. Establishing China’s professional football club system is in line with the development of China’s sports cause, consistent with the reform of China’s market economy and resonates with the development trend of international football. In view of the internal and external challenges faced by China’s professional football clubs such as the policy environment, economic and financial problems, cultural construction, and social responsibility, the feasible strategies are proposed: Optimize the system to establish a long-term mechanism; pay attention to cost reduction and efficiency increase in order to ameliorate management and operation; strengthen branding and enhance the image; emphasize football promotion and take social responsibility.
