摘要:
篮球青训体系的发展与完善是我国篮球运动可持续发展的重要保障，也是深化体教融合的重要载体。通过文献资料、专家访谈、研讨会、数理统计等科研方法，系统回顾篮球青训体系发展历程；全面分析当下篮球青训体系在高水平运动员培养与输送、基层教练员素质与发展、训练体系、竞赛体系、体教融合、顶层设计与基础理论研究等方面存在的困境。提出应以服务体育强国建设为宗旨，以体教融合为基础，依托社会力量，通过营造开放稳定的人才选拔与输送环境、拓展教练员选拔与素养提升路径、完善训练机制、明确训练目标与规范训练内容与方法、创新赛事类别与打破赛事壁垒、多元实施女篮重点工程、引导与搭建理论与实践平台等方面促进篮球青训体系创新发展。
Abstract:
The development and improvement of basketball youth training system is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of basketball in China,and also an important carrier for deepening the integration of sports and education.Through literature,expert interviews,seminars,mathematical statistics and other scientific research methods,the development of basketball youth training system is systematically reviewed.A comprehensive analysis of the current basketball youth training system in the training and delivery of high-level athletes,the quality and development of grass roots coaches,training system,competition system,integration of sports and education,top-level design and basic theory research on the basis of the existing difficulties was made;With the purpose of serving the construction of sports power,based on the integration of sports and education,and relying on social forces,the innovation and development of the basketball youth training system is promoted by creating an open and stable environment for selecting and conveying talents,expanding the path of coach selection and quality improvement,improving the training mechanism,clarifying the training objectives,standardizing the training content and methods,innovating the categories of events and breaking the barriers of events,implementing the key projects of women’s basketball in multiple ways,guiding and building theoretical and practical platforms,etc.
