摘要:
建设高校体育课程思政教学团队是顺应国家教育政策、提升高校体育教师课程思政建设能力的应有之义。运用文献资料法、比较分析法与逻辑推理法,对高校体育课程思政教学团队建设的条件组构、功能定位与推进向度进行系统解析。研究认为:突出立德树人的教育要求、强化团队成员的课程思政建设能力、组织有序的体育课程思政建设活动、推动体育课程思政资源的共享共用是高校体育课程思政教学团队建设的条件组构;其功能定位是:共修体育课程助力学生全面发展的责任田、共增高校体育教师助推体育课程思政建设的守渠力、激发高校体育教师开展体育教学反思的能动度、提升课程思政融入体育课堂教学的精准度、延展各类体育课程思政资源的统筹度;在设计高校体育课程思政教学团队的推进向度时,需要从政策与制度联络、设计与应用联结、教学与教研联手、线上与线下联动、校内与校外联合五大方面着手,进而强化高校体育课程思政教学团队的建设质量,实现体育教师课程思政建设能力与高校体育课程思政教育教学质量提升的双重功效。
Abstract:
The construction of ideological and political teaching teams of PE courses in colleges is the meaning of complying with the national education policy and improving the ideological and political construction ability of PE teachers in colleges. Using the methods of literature, comparative analysis and logical reasoning, this paper systematically analyzes the condition configuration, functions and advancing dimensions of ideological and political teaching teams of PE courses in college. The study shows that the condition configuration of the construction of the ideological and political teaching teams of PE courses are to highlight the educational requirements of establishing morality and cultivating students, strengthen the ideological and political construction ability of the team members, organize the ideological and political construction activities of PE courses in an orderly manner, and promote the sharing degree of the ideological and political education resources of PE courses; its functions are oriented at co-construction of the “field of responsibility” of PE course which would help students develop in an all-round way, promoting the “guardian force” of PE teachers jointly which is to boost the ideological and political construction of PE courses, highlighting “the degree of initiative” of PE teachers with which they could carry out teaching reflection better, improving the “accuracy” of which integrates ideological and political courses into PE courses, and extending “the degree of coordination” of various ideological and political resources of PE courses. The designing of the promotion direction of the ideological and political teaching teams of PE courses in colleges, should be done from five aspects: contacting policy and system, binding design and application, combining teaching and teaching-research, interconnecting online and offline, and uniting intra- and extra-campus. So that the construction quality of the ideological and political teaching teams of PE courses is promoted and the dual effect of the improvement of the ideological and political construction ability of PE teachers and the teaching quality of ideological and political education of PE courses in colleges will be realized.
