摘要:
通过文献资料法，以国务院2013年40号文件中提及的"覆盖全生命周期"为逻辑起点，在对学前儿童体育发展制约因素进行综合分析的基础上，总结体育参与对于学前儿童发展的重要价值，并从政策层面分析文件的出台对于学前儿童体育发展的理论价值和现实意义。
Abstract:
In the view of Whole Life Cycling which was proposed as No.40 document in 2013 by the State Council, this article is proved to motivate influence to sports of the preschool children based on analysis the restricted factors by means of documentation, and put forward to some conclusions and influences that the document will have for the preschool sport.
