摘要:
全民健身战略与健康中国战略为当前高校体育专业改革提供了广阔的空间与发展机遇。为促进全民健身与全民健康的有效融合，研究基于我国社会发展变化对体育人才培养的现实需要，创新提出设置体育学本科“体育健身与健康管理”专业，分析了国家战略背景下设置体育健身与健康管理专业的必要性和可行性。研究认为构建体育健身与健康管理专业应在明确专业培养目标、适应社会需求，构建特色专业课程内容体系、突出专业特色，创新专业人才培养方式、实现产学研一体化培养等方面加强研究，为促进我国高校体育专业改革以及实现“体医融合”人才培养提供参考。
Abstract:
The National Fitness Strategy and the Healthy China Strategy provide a favorable policy environment and development opportunity for the current reform of college sports majors.In order to promote the effective integration of fitness for all and the health of the whole people and based on the realistic needs of the development of sports talents in China’s social development，the professional course of “Sports Fitness and Health Management” under the undergraduate course of physical education was set up ，and the necessity and feasibility of setting up physical fitness and health management under the national strategic background were studied and analyzed.The author believes that the construction of physical fitness and health management should clarify the professional training objectives and adapt to the needs of the society，construct a special professional course content system and highlight professional features，innovate professional talent training methods to achieve integration of production，education and research，strengthen research in training and other aspects，provide reference for promoting the reform of sports majors in China’s colleges and universities and realize the cultivation of “physical and medical integration” talents.
