摘要:
综合运用文献调研、逻辑分析等方法，在明晰校园足球体教融合时代意义的基础上，对校园足球体教融合的历程、困境及未来发展方向进行整体分析。历程：校园足球在顶层设计、发展理念、运动竞赛以及人才培养等方面的发展历程中均存在体教融合。困境：校园足球体教融合存在体制机制障碍、理念转变迟滞、竞赛体系不畅、人才输送受阻等困境，阻碍融合质量。未来发展方向：以机制融合为关键，提高执行机构的主动性；以理念融合为引领，提高目标群体的包容性；以组织融合为抓手，提高竞赛发展的持续性；以跨界融合为支撑，提高后备人才的流动性。
Abstract:
By comprehensive use of literature research,logical analysis and other methods,on the basis of clarifying the significance of the integration of campus football and sports education,the process,difficulties and future development direction of campus football and sports education integration are analyzed.Course: The development course of campus football in the top-level design,development concept,sports competition and talent training and other aspects of the integration of sports and education.Difficulties: The integration of sports and education in campus football is hindered by institutional obstacles,sluggish concept transformation,poor competition system,hindered talent transfer and other difficulties,which hinder the quality of integration.Future development direction: take mechanism integration as the key to improve the initiative of the executive agencies;To improve the inclusiveness of target groups guided by the integration of ideas;To improve the sustainability of competition development with organizational integration as the starting point;With cross-border integration as the support,improve the liquidity of reserve talents.
